Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and drive talent acquisition initiatives across multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop effective recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Create, review, and refine job descriptions and hiring criteria. Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, social media platforms, and industry connections. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Facilitate job postings and recruitment advertising campaigns. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams. Provide guidance regarding compensation recommendations, offer development, and hiring decisions. Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions. Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to maintain accurate candidate and requisition records. Generate recruitment metrics and reporting to identify trends, improve processes, and support staffing goals. Support ongoing process improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidate, employee, and organizational information. Provide support on additional HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Required Experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Proven success recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple business functions. Experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines. Strong experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
) preferred. Skills & Competencies Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify hiring trends and recruitment challenges. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring best practices. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ATS platforms, and HRIS systems. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel within Southern California as needed for recruiting events, hiring activities, and business meetings. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Compensation:
$75,000 to $95,000 Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
