Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, flexible 2-3 days onsite Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team.. This role will support high-volume recruiting across a variety of corporate and operational functions, with a strong focus on mid-to-senior-level positions. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or a related industry, although experience recruiting for comparable corporate environments will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of positions across multiple business functions. Recruit for mid- to senior-level positions, including Senior Manager, Associate Director, and Director-level roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and identify qualified candidates.
Recruit across functions including:
Legal Government Affairs Digital Transformation & IT Procurement/Purchasing Construction Marketing Product Management Integrated Campaigns Other corporate and operational functions Support recruitment for specialist-level positions as hiring volume requires. Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment while managing multiple searches simultaneously. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting priorities and timelines are met. Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry. Demonstrated experience recruiting for Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director, and other senior-level positions. Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment. Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to recruit across a diverse range of corporate and operational functions. Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills. Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership. #IND2
