We're hiring a Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Olathe. You'll own the full recruiting cycle, partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, and help current employees grow their careers through internal moves. You'll be the go-to expert on recruiting, from building sourcing strategies to making sure every candidate has a great experience with us. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for your roles, from intake meetings and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and handing off to onboarding Build strong relationships with hiring managers so you truly understand their team needs, role requirements, and culture Source qualified, diverse candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, events, and more Create a smooth, positive experience for every candidate from application to offer Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on internal mobility and succession planning Act as a consultative partner to hiring teams, recommending and rolling out talent acquisition strategies and tools Represent TVH at job fairs, community events, and college and university recruiting events to build talent pipelines Take part in or lead special projects that help our team keep improving What You'll Bring 2 to 5 years of full-cycle, corporate recruiting experience (required) Experience managing a full desk across multiple departments and position levels Strong interpersonal and consultative skills A track record of finding and engaging passive candidates Great organization, time management, and prioritization skills A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency Nice to Have Experience with Workday (ATS and HCM) Texting tools like TextUs Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) Comfort using AI tools in your work Experience using LinkedIn and Indeed to proactively hunt for passive candidates for hard-to-fill and pipeline roles Why You'll Love Working Here Medical, dental, and vision coverage Onsite health clinic Onsite café and coffee bar Onsite gym and recreation center TVH Kids onsite daycare Community garden and nature walk Paid volunteer day Hybrid schedule after 90 days Professional development, including LinkedIn Learning and internal and external training programs About TVH TVH is a global one-stop shop for spare parts and accessories for forklifts, industrial equipment, and agricultural machinery.
