January Pay:
$30•40/hour Health Plans, Inc. is seeking a temporary Corporate Recruiter to support the recruiting and onboarding team during a high-volume period, including employee transitions from MedCost and ongoing hiring needs. This role will partner closely with the Corporate Recruiter, Hiring Managers, HR leadership, and the Compensation team to help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter with healthcare, TPA, or self-funded insurance experience who enjoys high-volume recruiting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and process-driven HR support. Responsibilities Recruiting Support Review resumes and screen candidates for active external roles Conduct initial phone screens Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers Support timely movement of candidates through the hiring process Maintain strong communication with candidates to support a positive candidate experience Assist with job postings in ADP and monitor applicant flow Transition & Onboarding Support Provide recruiting and onboarding support related to MedCost employee transitions Assist with requisition management, offer coordination, and employee tracking Support timely communication and documentation throughout the transition process Serve as backup support for onboarding activities, including background screenings, pre-employment requirements, onboarding communications, and employee record updates in ADP Compensation & HR Operations Support Gather compensation-related information and coordinate with the Compensation Analyst Assist with benchmarking and salary recommendation preparation under guidance Participate in updating job descriptions to reflect evolving business needs Draft and prepare employment-related documents, including offer letters and promotion letters Maintain recruiting and onboarding documentation and tracking tools Support process improvements and other HR administrative needs as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment Experience in healthcare, TPA, or self-funded insurance strongly preferred Experience with candidate screening, phone interviewing, interview coordination, and HR support functions Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters Preferred Experience ADP Workforce Now or similar
ATS/HRIS
experience Calendly and LinkedIn Recruiter experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and CoPilot Exposure to compensation processes or job description development Interview Process Qualified candidates will complete a first-round interview with the Supervisor of Recruiting. Finalist candidates will meet with the CHRO.
