CommCare Management Corporation is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across our Mississippi facilities. This role partners with Corporate Human Resources, facility leadership, and Administrative Assistants (AAs) to promote open positions, support applicant tracking processes, and maintain a steady flow of candidates. We're looking for someone who brings ideas, asks thoughtful questions, and takes ownership of follow-up. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and help facilities address recruiting barriers will be essential to your success. Duties and Responsibilities Partner with the Assistant Director of Human Resources and facility leadership to understand staffing needs and prioritize recruiting efforts. Create, maintain, and update job postings to reflect current openings. Assist AAs with accessing and opening applications in the applicant tracking system. Monitor candidate flow and follow up with facility teams to help applications move through the hiring process in a timely manner. Identify barriers affecting applicant flow or hiring progress and coordinate solutions with the appropriate team members. Develop targeted recruitment campaigns using job boards, social media, community outreach, and other recruiting resources. Build relationships with schools, training programs, and community organizations to promote employment opportunities. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and facility hiring initiatives. Track recruiting activity, job posting performance, and staffing needs; provide updates to Human Resources and facility leadership. Provide guidance and training to AAs on recruiting systems and processes. Recommend improvements to recruiting efforts based on facility feedback and results. Follow applicable employment laws and company policies. Travel to assigned facilities and recruiting events as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple facilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving recruiting processes. Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently. Comfort providing system guidance and following up on outstanding items. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications Experience in recruiting, recruitment coordination, or Human Resources. Healthcare or long-term care experience. Experience supporting multiple locations. Mississippi residency preferred, as this position will primarily support our Mississippi facilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment advertising. $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
