HYBRID CORPORATE RECRUITER POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for building relationships and recruiting qualified candidates to fill positions across the organization. The Corporate Recruiter will implement a variety of recruitment strategies, including traditional recruitment methods (e.g., career fairs, direct mailers, recruitment events, etc.), leverage online platforms and social networks, and will identify new strategies to further reach potential audiences. This role primarily supports recruitment and onboarding with the opportunity (to a lesser degree) to assist in other facets of HR as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Develop and implement recruitment strategies to reach candidates in a variety of avenues. Ø Act as an employer brand ambassador to help drive candidate interest in career opportunities. Ø Proactively contact and interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks. Ø Assist with multi-channel recruiting processes to fill pipeline with high quality candidates including, but not limited to: passive applicants, employee referrals, social networking, college networking, career fairs, etc. Ø Work collaboratively with the Human Resources team and the hiring managers across the organization to identify hiring needs and match qualified candidates to open positions. Ø For select positions, perform initial screening of applications and resumes, interview candidates, and make recommendations for hire. Ø Collaborate with HR Generalist to ensure thorough and timely on-boarding, including the coordination of pre-employment physical. Ø Collaborate with HR Generalist to ensure I-9, E-Verify and other required new hire compliance is fulfilled. Ø Create, maintain, and distribute reports pertaining to recruitment. Ø Implement and attend recruitment events. Ø Enhance and maintain the applicant tracking system across the organization. Ø Develop recruitment materials for a variety of positions across the organization. Ø Special projects and perform other duties as assigned.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly personal work area Ø Participate in all continuous improvement programs by offering suggestions and initiatives in areas within direct control Ø Comply with state and federal law safety regulations in addition to health, safety and security procedures. Ø Adhere to company policies and state and federal laws and regulations relating to employment, including promoting a workplace free of discrimination and harassmentCOMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS
Spanish/English- speak, read, write (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent, time management, organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office
- in particular Excel), required.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or other related discipline, required. Minimum of 3-years professional experience in Human Resources with emphasis on recruitment, or similar role with proven track record in building and improving upon recruitment.Pay:
$60,000.00- $65,000.
