Role:

As a Corporate Sourcer you will be responsible for implementing research strategies and identifying candidates for the Talent Acquisition team in the Corporate Office. You will work in collaboration with the TA team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop specific sourcing strategies and tactical plans to obtain the best talent for Corporate Office open positions Generate names of potential candidates for specified searches across the Corporate Office Attend in-take and strategy meetings with recruiters and suggest strategies to find the appropriate candidates for the given searches Assist in the development of appropriate company target lists and proactively generate talent pipelines Actively generate candidates for specific assignments using every available channel of outreach Ensure all candidates sourced are logged and tracked Provide recruiters candidate support as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required Minimum 2 years of prior research, sourcing or recruiting experience Knowledge of recruiting systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Taleo Strong organizational and planning skills Decision making ability Strong verbal and written communication Strong Excel skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Hybrid work model - onsite days Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Pay Details:

$40.00 to $45.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
