Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 6 months of experience in a high-energy sales or recruitment environment Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting candidates through online platforms, databases, and networking events Strong research, organizational, and communication skills Excellent follow-up and interpersonal abilities Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily (30+ calls)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Previous experience within a staffing agency or recruiting across diverse industries Familiarity with online job boards, resume databases, and job posting platforms Experience supporting account managers in fulfilling client requirements

Education and Experience Preferences:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional background At least 6 months of related experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales roles
