Full Desk Recruiter - Social Work Staffing Temp Social Work, Inc. (TSW) is a successful and growing Minnesota social work staffing company. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Full Desk Recruiter to join our fun, close-knit team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, building relationships, and business development and wants the opportunity to grow with a company. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and place social work professionals in temporary and permanent positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Manage the placement process from initial contact through successful placement. Develop new client relationships and identify new staffing opportunities. Help grow and eventually take ownership of your own book of business. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience; staffing or healthcare recruiting preferred. Full-desk recruiting/account management experience is a plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, self-motivated, and com able working independently. Positive, professional, and team-oriented.
