Location & Schedule:

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office/2 days remote. Work hours from 8am-5pm

EST What You'll Be Doing Source & Recruit Talent:

Proactively identify, contact, and engage qualified candidates using outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, job boards, and ATS tools.

Build Strong Pipelines:

Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates through consistent follow‑up and relationship‑building.

Interview & Assess:

Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews to evaluate fit for our school‑based roles. Partner with

Leaders:

Collaborate with Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

ATS & Data Management:

Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS.

Relationship Builder:

Foster long‑term candidate relationships that lead to referrals and repeat placements. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree a plus). Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or talent sourcing preferred. Comfortable with outbound calling, performance metrics, and a fast‑paced workload. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail‑oriented.
