At-a-Glance:

Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider?? If so, our client is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter.

Position Type:

Contract

Hybrid - Local to Denver, CO

Training in Orlando for the first week

Hybrid model: 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday), Wednesday is site visit day, Monday & Friday are remote days

Required:

High volume recruiting experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Customer service/account management experience

Local to Denver, with travel to Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter; based out of Centennial (Denver Tech Center)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (1 year of experience in recruiting or HR)

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency in utilizing AI tools

Experience in recruitment for high-volume positions such as RN, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), monitor techs, and similar roles

Professional LinkedIn profile

Preferences:

Healthcare recruiting experience

Industry experience: Healthcare and/or RPO experience

Certifications:

Talent Acquisition certification (HCI, NAHCR, RACR), HR Certification (HCI or SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and attract talent that supports the organization's mission

Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including formulating recruitment strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements

Develop strategies to ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels and new programs are fully staffed for opening dates

Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments

Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, while managing counter-offers as needed

Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system

Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries
