Contract-to-Hire Pay range: $50-57/hour About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support provider recruitment across a growing healthcare organization. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers while partnering closely with medical directors and leadership teams to attract top talent and improve hiring processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a consultative approach to healthcare recruiting. Key Responsibilities Provider Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment for Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare providers Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines Source, screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring teams Facilitate offer negotiations and support hiring activities Coordinate provider recruitment initiatives and hiring incentives Stakeholder Partnership Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to medical directors and hiring managers Consult with leadership on workforce planning and recruitment strategies Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and compliance requirements Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Influence and guide stakeholders toward effective hiring decisions Process Improvement Standardize recruiting processes, screening tools, and interview guides Improve ATS utilization and recruiting workflows Develop recruiting documentation and training materials Help drive consistency and best practices across multiple locations Support ongoing recruitment modernization and process improvement initiatives Vendor & Sourcing Management Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners Oversee job advertising and sourcing channels Monitor recruiting metrics and sourcing effectiveness Maintain continuous provider talent pipelines Qualifications Required Significant experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants Strong full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience Proven ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines Knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices Strong consultative approach with hiring managers and senior leaders Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process adoption Preferred Experience with iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems Behavioral Health recruiting experience Dental recruiting experience Broader Human Resources experience Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be: Highly organized and detail-oriented A confident and credible recruiting partner Professional, diplomatic, and collaborative Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Able to balance process improvement with operational flexibility Skilled at building trust and relationships with healthcare leaders Work Environment Supports recruitment across multiple healthcare locations Average workload of 15 active requisitions, with higher volumes during peak hiring periods Fast-paced environment with continuous provider hiring needs Opportunity to build structure, improve processes, and influence recruiting strategy Schedule & Work Arrangement 100% onsite during initial training and onboarding period Hybrid schedule available after ramp-up period (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Standard business hours with occasional flexibility needed to accommodate provider schedules This role is ideal for a healthcare recruiter who possesses strong provider recruiting expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building high-performing healthcare teams. Pay Details:
