Build relationships with clinicians nationwide. Match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments. Coordinate interviews between clients and clinicians. Maintain accurate ATS documentation. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Work closely with credentialing and onboarding teams. Meet recruiting and placement goals. Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
