Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Recruiter and become a vital driver of our talent acquisition strategy! In this energetic role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent across various departments to support our growth and organizational success. Your expertise will help shape our workforce by identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-caliber candidates through innovative sourcing techniques and relationship management. Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Utilize talent sourcing platforms, job posts, and career offices to develop pipeline of talent needed to meet strategic growth targets Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and campus recruitment initiatives to attract diverse talent pools. Conduct interviews with candidates at various levels, including technical recruiting for specialized roles, ensuring alignment with employment law in talent management. Negotiate offers with candidates, managing expectations while maintaining positive relationships throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective lead generation campaigns. Maintain compliance with HR legal standards and employment law while ensuring best practices in employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations. Build strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to support high-volume recruitment efforts. Support succession planning initiatives by identifying potential future leaders within the organization. Experience Proven experience in HR sourcing, external recruiting, internal recruiting, or executive recruiting roles with a focus on full cycle recruiting. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively across multiple channels. Familiarity with talent management software, ATS platforms, and social media marketing (recruitment) tools for candidate sourcing and lead generation. Knowledge of employment law related to talent acquisition and HR legal compliance to ensure ethical hiring practices. Experience conducting technical interviews and managing candidate sourcing for specialized roles requiring technical expertise. Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike through relationship management skills. Background in training & development initiatives related to onboarding or employee orientation programs is a plus. Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
