Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for: Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service focused MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required Ability to travel up to 50% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events This role is a remote opportunity in Gulfport, MS with intention of moving to an on-site full time role in a Kelly branch in the near future. Base pay range for this position is $51,300-$60,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
