This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys high-volume recruiting, working independently, and building a strong pipeline of qualified field-service candidates. The position is hybrid and is based in the Atlanta metropolitan area . What You'll Do Recruit independent-contractor drivers and repair technicians in targeted markets. Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms. Review applications and identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone or video screening interviews. Communicate job expectations, contractor requirements, and onboarding steps to candidates. Coordinate background checks and required pre-onboarding documentation. Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates. Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. Coordinate with management and operations personnel to understand current staffing needs. Recruit for difficult-to-fill geographic markets as needed. Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate status updates. Track key recruiting metrics, including applicant volume, interviews, onboarding completion, and successful placements. Help improve recruiting advertisements, sourcing strategies, and candidate follow-up processes. Trained and certify contractors What We're Looking For 2-4 years of recruiting experience preferred. Experience recruiting drivers, technicians, logistics workers, field-service personnel, warehouse workers, construction trades, independent contractors, or similar positions is strongly preferred. Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus. Strong phone interviewing and candidate-screening skills. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple open recruiting needs at the same time. Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment. Experience using Indeed or other applicant-tracking and recruiting platforms. Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Must reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area and be available for occasional in-person meetings. Compensation $27-$30 per hour , based on experience. Approximately 20-25 hours per week . Performance-based recruiting incentives may be available based on successful contractor onboarding and retention. Primarily remote work schedule. Flexible work environment. Most work can be completed remotely during normal business hours.
