This position will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for exempt and non-exempt positions and partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who can independently manage multiple requisitions, develop effective sourcing strategies, provide an excellent candidate experience, and support recruiting and onboarding initiatives in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source, screen and interview candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions. Coordinate candidate selection, offers, references and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within the applicant tracking system. Support new-hire orientation and onboarding processes. Track recruiting activity and assist with talent metrics and HR KPI reporting. Support employee referral and recruiting outreach initiatives. Coordinate with external staffing partners as needed. Maintain compliance with applicable employment policies, procedures and hiring practices. Provide professional, responsive communication to candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience sourcing and recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously. Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills. Experience partnering directly with hiring managers. Experience with applicant tracking and HR systems; Workday experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, follow-through and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to delivering a professional and positive candidate experience. This is an onsite position in Tucker, GA.
