Most radiology jobs pay well. Few are built to be sustainable. Outpatient-only practice - no overnight call Hybrid / remote flexibility built into the schedule $450K $600K base + bonus (uncapped earning potential) 8 10 weeks PTO Physician-owned group with real partnership (no buy-in) AI-enabled workflow + full internal support (no admin drag) Structured workload with internal point system (not chaos volume) Subspecialty reads with balanced case mix This is a high-volume environment but it s built to move cleanly.
