Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to support large-scale hiring efforts for a customer service environment while delivering end-to-end recruiting support for a fast-moving team. This Long-term Contract opportunity is based in Pennsylvania and is expected to begin quickly, with candidates ideally available to start within one week. The person in this role will help drive high-volume talent acquisition activity, maintain an organized hiring process, and work effectively in a remote setting with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume hiring initiative focused on call center talent.
- Source, screen, and advance candidates with relevant experience to meet aggressive staffing timelines.
- Partner with talent acquisition leaders and hiring stakeholders to coordinate interviews and selection decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools.
- Use platforms such as Indeed, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office to support recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate communication.
- Build candidate pipelines that support hiring demand for 50 to 75 customer support representatives.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up with applicants to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout screening, interview scheduling, and offer progression.
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency-supported environments.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through hiring.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring, ideally for call center or customer service roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify talent quickly.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms, including Dayforce and Indeed.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, communication, and reporting.
- Ability to start on short notice, preferably within one week.
- Strong organization and communication skills to manage multiple openings in a local remote work environment.
