Full Job Description Recruiter Summary:

Our client is an established public health & safety organization who is looking for a Recruiter . The Recruiter is responsible for full recruiting life cycle, including: sourcing, initial screening, and recommending external and/or internal candidates for employment. They will creating & maintaining working relationships with hiring managers to gain insight into current/future opportunities to their respective divisions. The Recruiter will have experience with full cycle recruiting and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Recruiter Job Requirements:

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience sourcing candidates in Canada, EMEA and APC is preferred but not required 1+ years of relevant full life cycle recruiting experience Experience using an ATS Demonstrated professional attitude with hiring managers & candidates alike Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a creative & collaborative team Comfortable in openly sharing & receiving feedback on recruiting efforts & strategies Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Strong attention to detail Experience in an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment

Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

Develop an advanced understanding of client's Independent Contractor division Learn and become subject matter expert with sourcing and the recruitment of top talent across the globe Manage full life cycle recruiting: source, screen, and obtain feedback Build and maintain relationships with hiring leaders Perform related administrative aspects of the employment process including creating and posting job postings, pre-screening questions, etc. Partner with the recruiting team and hiring leader/HR partners to develop targeted recruiting plans to address staffing needs, while ensuring a quality candidate experience and educating managers on recruiting efforts Identify candidates through the use of internal and external databases/job boards; including source candidates through non-traditional methods like social media, networking, cold calling, etc. to supplement candidate pools Research new recruiting trends and outlet
