Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across clinical, operational, and executive roles. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment to support our patient care mission, partnering directly with clinical leaders and senior executives to secure top-tier healthcare professionals. You will leverage modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent intelligence platforms to streamline hiring, maintain strict compliance, and build strong talent pipelines in a competitive market. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to credentialing alignment and offer negotiations. Partner with C-suite executives and clinical managers to forecast staffing needs and execute tailored talent strategies. Execute targeted sourcing strategies using healthcare networks, CRM platforms, passive recruitment tactics, and social media outreach. Oversee ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Taleo) to track recruitment metrics, ensure data integrity, and maintain workflow efficiency. Foster long-term talent pipelines using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain engagement with specialized healthcare professionals. Manage external talent channels, including academic healthcare partnerships, residency programs, and specialized staffing agencies. Lead and mentor junior recruitment staff, offering guidance on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and performance goals. Maintain strict compliance with healthcare labor laws, equal employment opportunity standards, and organizational hiring policies. Analyze regional healthcare market trends and compensation benchmarks to advise leadership on workforce planning.
Qualifications Experience:
Full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong preference given to healthcare or clinical staffing environments.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Taleo) and HRIS systems (e.g., Kronos, PeopleSoft).
Sourcing Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in high-demand clinical specialties using diverse sourcing channels.
Compliance Knowledge:
Solid understanding of employment law, healthcare compliance, and recruitment regulations.
Leadership:
Prior experience mentoring recruiters or leading cross-functional recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:
$50,312.00 - $70,284.00 per year
