Job Description

We are seeking motivated, coachable, and service-minded professionals to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building lasting relationships, and educating families about protecting their financial future. As a Recruiting Specialist in the financial services industry, you will meet with individuals and families to understand their financial needs and recommend solutions aligned with their goals. This is an independent, commission-based position with a hybrid work environment, allowing you to conduct business both remotely and in person. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided. Key Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial needs, priorities, and goals. Educate clients about available financial solutions and how they may support their objectives. Recommend appropriate products based on each client's individual circumstances. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional service. Follow up with prospects and existing clients in a timely manner. Conduct virtual and in-person appointments. Maintain accurate and organized client and prospect records. Complete required applications and documentation accurately and promptly. Stay informed about industry practices, products, and compliance requirements. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and professional development. Build a personal network and develop a referral-based business. Conduct business ethically and in accordance with company policies and applicable state insurance regulations. Skills and Qualifications Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A professional, confident, and personable demeanor. Ability to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and identify client needs. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Strong time-management and follow-up skills. Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn. Comfortable using email, video-conferencing platforms, CRM systems, and other business technology. Ability to remain productive in a flexible, hybrid work environment. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Compensation and Work Structure This is an independent, commission-based opportunity. Compensation is based on individual production, and income is not guaranteed.
Pay:
$3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
