Job Description This role focuses on high-volume hiring for early-in-profession intern and entry-level corporate and sales positions across multiple regions. You will own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer support and closing, while partnering closely with hiring teams and stakeholders. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and help build strong business and go-to-market teams, including work across Portuguese-speaking talent markets. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession corporate and sales roles, managing the process from initial sourcing through offer and close. Source and identify candidates for a variety of corporate and sales roles, including business operations, finance, HR, marketing, sales, and customer success, using multiple sourcing channels. Screen and assess candidates to evaluate business, functional, and behavioral competencies, ensuring alignment with role requirements. Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting plans. Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle, including interview scheduling, feedback, debriefs, and offer and closing stages. Build and maintain strong pipelines of early-career corporate and sales talent, with a particular focus on regional markets that require Portuguese fluency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activities in recruiting systems, adhering to established processes and compliance expectations. Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groups, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Support offer processes, including coordinating approvals, extending offers, and guiding candidates through decision-making and onboarding steps. Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to share best practices, improve processes, and enhance the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. Essential Skills 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition. Proven experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer support, and closing. Experience hiring for corporate and/or sales roles, such as business operations, finance, HR, marketing, sales, and customer success. Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments. Experience supporting early-in-profession or university hiring, including intern and entry-level roles, as well as industry hiring. Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal, to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders across regions. Strong ability to evaluate and engage non-technical talent, including assessing business and behavioral competencies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and hiring managers. Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems and the ability to maintain accurate candidate records. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in go-to-market recruiting, particularly for commercial and sales-focused roles. Background working with or supporting large technology organizations. Demonstrated attention to detail in managing candidate data, processes, and documentation. Experience building and nurturing talent pipelines for early-career corporate and sales roles across multiple regions. Comfort operating in a scaled hiring environment, partnering with multiple business groups and stakeholders. Interest in and aptitude for working with Portuguese-speaking talent markets. Ability to contribute ideas for process improvements and candidate experience enhancements. Work Environment This position operates in a 100% remote work environment, allowing you to support hiring efforts across multiple regions from a virtual setting. You will work primarily through digital collaboration tools, recruiting platforms, and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and coordinate with hiring teams. The role is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring regular virtual communication with stakeholders in different locations and time zones, while offering flexibility and autonomy in how you organize your workday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $55.00/hr.
