Recruiter 3 - Cyber Security Talent Acquisition Job Description This role focuses on high-volume recruiting for early-in-career security and technical positions, including interns and entry-level talent. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity-focused roles, partnering closely with hiring teams and stakeholders to source, assess, and hire specialized security talent while ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession security and technical roles, from initial sourcing through offer negotiation and close. Source and identify candidates for security-focused roles such as cybersecurity, cloud security, infrastructure security, and identity/security engineering using a variety of channels. Conduct structured screening and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, security domain expertise, and overall fit for the role. Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and align on recruiting strategies and plans. Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring process, including scheduling, interview preparation, feedback delivery, and guiding candidates through interviews, debriefs, and offer stages. Build and maintain robust pipelines of early-career security and technical talent to support current and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activities in recruiting systems, ensuring strong ATS hygiene and adherence to process and compliance expectations. Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groups, effectively managing multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition. Proven experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer support, and closing candidates. Demonstrated experience hiring for security roles such as cybersecurity, cloud security, infrastructure security, and identity/security engineering. Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments with multiple concurrent requisitions. Experience supporting early-in-profession and university hiring, including intern and entry-level roles, as well as industry hiring. Strong ability to source and engage specialized security talent, including passive candidates, using channels such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and referrals. Ability to conduct structured candidate screens across skills, education, and experience, and to assess security and technical alignment based on domain exposure and relevant experience. Experience qualifying candidates against defined hiring bar requirements. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and hiring teams. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, with a focus on accurate tracking, documentation, and process compliance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience building and maintaining pipelines for security and technical talent, including cybersecurity and cloud security roles. Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and internal databases, to identify and engage qualified candidates. Comfort working with specialized security profiles and understanding how to position opportunities to attract niche talent. Attention to detail in maintaining candidate records and ensuring data integrity within applicant tracking systems. Ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and priorities across multiple teams and business groups. Work Environment This position operates in a 100% remote environment, providing flexibility to work from a home office or another suitable remote location. You will use digital recruiting tools and an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and communication. The role supports high-volume hiring in a fast-paced setting, requiring regular virtual collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders across different teams and business groups. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $55.00/hr.
