The In-House Temporary Recruiter will be responsible for: Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to meet hiring and fulfillment goals. Serving as a Kelly brand ambassador by developing strong relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, educational institutions, and prospective talent. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Identifying and attending scheduled job fairs, recruiting events, school events, community events, and other talent-related activities. Maintaining accurate candidate records, recruiting trackers, and required documentation. Providing excellent service and timely communication to candidates, employees, clients, and internal team members.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
A minimum of one year of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent management, human resources, education, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Position Details:
This is a part-time, temporary to hire in-house position working Monday through Friday.
Candidates must:
Reside in or near Columbus, Mississippi. Be available to work in the office as required. Have the ability to travel approximately 20%-50% for hiring events, recruiting events, school visits, community outreach activities, job fairs, and other business-related events. Possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing and have reliable transportation. $17.00 per hour
