VP of Human Resources / Senior HR Operations Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a busy Human Resources team during a medical leave coverage assignment. This fully remote position will play a key role in managing full-cycle recruiting activities, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has experience supporting high-volume recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing Manage multiple open requisitions across various departments and locations. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and community partnerships. Conduct phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, availability, and overall fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. Provide regular recruiting updates and progress reports to HR leadership. Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting process. Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience. Support hiring events and virtual recruiting initiatives as needed. Hiring Process & Onboarding Support Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring teams. Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements. Partner with HR and business leaders to facilitate offers and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Qualifications Required 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience in either a corporate or agency environment. Experience managing multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details:
