Mostly remote We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Recruiter to join our growing staffing agency. This role will focus primarily on recruiting and placing candidates in warehouse, distribution, and light industrial positions for our clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with a high volume of applicants, working in a fast-paced environment, and following candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to their first day on the job. We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys connecting people with employment opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Recruit and screen candidates for warehouse and light industrial positions Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone screenings and interviews Communicate job requirements, schedules, pay rates, and expectations to candidates Coordinate interviews, orientations, start dates, and onboarding Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming openings Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms Maintain accurate candidate and employee information Work closely with management to understand client staffing needs and hiring priorities Assist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements as needed Build positive relationships with candidates and employees to improve retention Help quickly fill high-volume staffing needs while maintaining candidate quality

Pay:
