The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our company's staffing needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings Ensure job postings are accurate and up to date Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs Track and manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure compliance with company policies and employment lawsQualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWork Environment:
Office-based or hybrid work environment May require occasional overtime based on hiring needsPay:
