Full-time, 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong manufacturing background to support talent acquisition in a fast-paced production and industrial environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for manufacturing, production, skilled trades, engineering, and operations roles. This individual will partner with plant leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and find qualified talent that supports production goals and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition intake and candidate sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Partner with plant managers, production supervisors, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, shift coverage, and hiring timelines. Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for manufacturing roles, including machine operators, assemblers, maintenance technicians, quality inspectors, manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, and other plant-based positions. Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, trade schools, community partnerships, job fairs, and other sourcing tools. Support high-volume and hard-to-fill hiring needs across multiple shifts and skill levels. Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess technical skills, safety awareness, experience, and alignment with role requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline updates in the applicant tracking system. Coordinate interviews, plant tours, and pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens) while keeping candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future production and expansion needs. Monitor recruiting progress and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and open requisitions. Ensure a positive candidate experience and support timely, efficient hiring.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7-10
years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, industrial, or plant-based environments. Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions. Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions at once, including high-volume hiring. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in Dallas, TX or Nampa, ID.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or another applicant tracking system (ATS). Experience recruiting skilled trades, maintenance, and technical manufacturing talent. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, safety-sensitive roles, and shift-based workforce planning. Experience supporting plant startups, expansions, or large-scale hiring initiatives.
