Hybrid Schedule Fast-paced, collaborative, environment About Our Client The company is a leading global investment management firm headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, known for its research-driven and analytical approach to investing. Job Description Coordinate high-volume interviews across multiple calendars and time zones Manage last-minute scheduling changes with speed and accuracy Communicate with candidates, agencies, recruiters, interviewers, and business leaders Greet candidates onsite and manage day-of interview logistics Support lateral and campus recruiting, including intern hiring Coordinate candidate travel and assist with recruiting events Process recruiting expenses and agency invoices Provide administrative support across approximately 9-13 active lateral searches MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree required Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Team Assistant Strong multi-calendar scheduling and coordination experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Polished, engaging, and confident professional presence Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable supporting demanding stakeholders in a fast-moving environment Financial services, asset management, hedge fund, investment banking, or professional services experience strongly preferred Genuinely interested in a coordination-focused role and comfortable with a temporary assignment What's on Offer This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a highly respected global investment management firm while working alongside an established recruiting team.
