This role is the face of Kelly Education in the market, acting as a strategic partner with school districts to develop and execute innovative recruiting plans that utilize the best methods and resources in their communities. Post-implementation, the Full Cycle Recruiter maintains a strong relationship with the customer base, given the high demand for talent in the education industry. •This position requires working on-site up to 5 days a week in the Duluth Public Schools District Office•This position is also responsible for fostering a positive talent experience, ensuring the onboarding process is completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The Full Cycle Recruiter works closely with the Talent Care Team to deliver an engaged and energized employee, ready to work. Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly activity benchmarks and onboarding goals is a key objective, with a primary focus on the onboarding of new and reactivated temporary employees. Ultimately, this role serves as Kelly Education's ambassador in the market for attracting talent and ensuring their successful integration into the workforce.
Recruiting Strategy & Implementation:
Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to design, develop, and implement recruiting plans/strategies to achieve desired fulfillment expectations. At a regular weekly cadence, coordinate and attend in-person hiring events in a branch location or locations within the community Partner with Client Services, Fulfillment, and Sales to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that ensure client satisfaction when engaging in "in-market" recruiting strategies. Research and facilitate registration at Job Fairs and Seminars to engage candidates. Address customer questions regarding Kelly Education's (KE) recruiting strategy. Partner with Client Services to address fulfillment gaps by developing targeted recruiting strategies and tactics. Develop and execute proactive strategic recruiting plans that clearly outline on-site sourcing models.Candidate Pipeline & Relationship Management:
Ensure timely, quality candidate flow for a healthy candidate pipeline. Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources. Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure KE branding material on client websites is current and relevant. Update and refresh all job posts for assigned client base and respond to potential assignees promptly.Social Media & Brand Awareness:
Develop and execute relevant social media campaigns, creating and/or utilizing corporate-provided shareable content to support greater brand awareness and engagement. Understand the social media landscape, identifying both major platforms and niche platforms to expand Kelly Education's reach. Craft sincere and timely content to produce viral engagement. Engage in deliberate planning, strategy, and goal setting for social media initiatives. Contribute to the development of brand identity, awareness, and online reputation through social media. Manage content, including client websites, geo-specific Facebook pages, Twitter, and job board posts. Implement SEO (search engine optimization) strategies to generate inbound traffic. Cultivate leads and talent through social media channels. Manage online reputation effectively.Onboarding & Compliance:
Serve as the main point of contact for all new and rehired applicants, guiding them through the onboarding process. Facilitate the onboarding process by ensuring the completion and compliance of employment applications, assessment results, tax forms, I-9s, licensing/certifications, fingerprinting, background screens, medical screens, and any additional state or district-specific forms. Engage with school district personnel when transitioning current substitute teacher pools. Manage the onboarding process via email, phone, and web-based tools. Process, audit, and file/upload all employee records accurately. Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of current hiring practices, recruitment strategies, educational staffing industry trends, licensing, background check requirements, and other applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process. Maintain knowledge and understanding of district-specific requirements and policies. Maintain a broad knowledge of company policies and benefit plans.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor progress to ensure that all goals and benchmarks are met, re-evaluating and adjusting them as needed. Collect, analyze, and maintain data gathered to provide to leadership. Present leadership with district recruiting plans and strategy to meet the substitute needs of the districts within the geographic area assigned. Update activity in the recruiting tracker and document activity in front office systems. Document all onboarding activity on the tracker and in front office systems.Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Meet and exceed required weekly/monthly activity levels and desired outcomes. Work collaboratively other service teams as necessary to ensure sourcing and recruiting strategies result in client satisfaction. Participate in activities designed to improve the onboarding process. Facilitate a "hand-off" and introduction of the candidate to the Talent Care TeaCustomer Service:
Field incoming calls and emails Monitor Team mailbox and responded to in a timely manner Respond to candidate, internal team and customer needs via email, phone, or in-person Manage/resolve customer and candidate issues/escalate when necessary Solicit customer and candidate feedback to improve service Serve as point person for prospective candidates, internal teams, and customers regarding recruiting activities May be required to sit onsite at a District locationEducation:
