This is a full-time position open to candidates located in Iowa. Team members may work remotely from anywhere in the state or onsite at our office in the Cedar Rapids Corridor. What You'll Do:
Partner with hiring managers and internal team members to understand evolving hiring needs Screen and interview candidates across a range of skill sets and experience levels Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management Adapt recruiting strategies quickly based on client feedback, hiring urgency, and changing business priorities Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process with transparency and care Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity within ATS and internal systems Collaborate with teammates to share market insights, candidate intelligence, and best practices

Qualifications:
4+ years of successful recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to engineering, construction, finance, manufacturing, or IT industry Bachelors degree preferred Proven ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on business needs and market conditions Exceptional internal and external communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment Proficiency with Jobscience or similar ATS, as well as Microsoft applications Ready to join a team that's helping organizations build great teams every day?
