YER is growing its U.S. presence and is seeking an experienced Professional Staffing Recruiter to help expand our recruiting footprint across the Southeastern market. This is an opportunity for a proven full-cycle recruiter to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, partner closely with clients and hiring teams, and play a key role in driving growth. What We Offer Uncapped monthly & quarterly commissions + base salary Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office during training; 1 day after milestones are achieved Comprehensive benefits with Day 1 eligibility 18 days PTO in Year 1, increasing thereafter Minimal red tape and short decision-making paths Atlanta office near Perimeter Mall, hybrid work schedule of 3 days per week in the office What You'll Do identify candidates by leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and referrals conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit build a strong talent pipeline for current and future placements partner with our Account Executives and clients to thoroughly understand the job requirements match top candidates with job openings based on skills, experience, and client expectations present shortlisted candidates coordinate interview processes guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process from application to onboarding and quality checks during the assignment extend job offers and ensure a smooth transition for placed candidates maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry experience or strong familiarity with manufacturing, high-tech, construction, mobility, energy or a similar industry track record of at least 2-3 monthly placements with pay rates >$45 experience with negotiating pay rates with candidates relevant local network of candidates that fit with YER HR Solutions' network of clients thrive in a fast-paced environment with qualitative and quantitative goals skilled in using applicant tracking platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter professional and creative in engaging candidates and generating excitement about client opportunities negotiation skills to create win-win-win situations for the candidates, clients, and YER ability to sniff out dealbreakers and pitfalls that could prevent a placement able to work in a hybrid environment - at least 1 day per week in-office after a successful training phase If you're an experienced staffing recruiter ready to take ownership of your market and earning potential, we want to hear from you.
