Job Description
We will consider candidates in the following states:
Source, Screen, Submit candidates in a timely manner to clients using email, ATS, and CRM as needed.
Create engaging dialogue with customers to foster long-term partnerships and calibrate as needed.
Maintain less than 5% aged requisitions (aged is 90 calendar days or older).2 submissions per day minimum on average monthly.
Attend all scheduled meetings and participate in communication channels in real-time as needed.
Coverage for OOO is required, and outcomes are not changed based on PTO - a plan is needed for PTO to ensure outcomes are hit.
Other duties as assigned.

The RPO Recruiter will provide full life cycle recruitment to support a slate of openings (up to 25 at once) and create relationships with Hiring Managers, Potential Candidates, and active candidates. Full Life Cycle = Source, Screen, Submit, Feedback, Offer, and on-boarding support.Primary Responsibilities:
