Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm (Hybrid) Tues, Wed, Thurs on-site About the position: As a Recruiter Associate at Joule, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent in the scientific, healthcare, and clinical fields.   • Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct targeted searches on job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Proactively source and evaluate candidates' qualifications
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate job search criteria
  • Schedule and coordinate all interview details with candidates
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors and candidates, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Seek out referrals and industry insights from candidates to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development efforts.
Performance and KPI Achievement:
  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in a human resources, customer-focused or sales-related role
  • Demonstrated success in a productivity-focused sales or recruiting environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address process challenges
