Job Description
Regional Doctor Recruiter Opportunity At Heartland Dental, we are committed to supporting dentists as they provide high-quality, lifetime patient care. As one of the nation's leading dental support organizations, we are proud to provide a strong non-clinical support model that allows supported doctors to focus on patient care. The Regional Doctor Recruiter is a strategic and collaborative partner responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring dentists for Heartland Dental supported offices within an assigned region. The Regional Doctor Recruiter will develop targeted recruiting strategies, proactively source talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with operational leaders and supported doctors to meet current and future staffing needs. This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a metric-driven environment and demonstrates strong ownership, communication, and follow-through. The role requires independent time management and strong virtual partnership, with travel as needed to support candidate interviews, recruiting events, and business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned doctor openings, from proactive sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offers, and hire. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified dentists and build sustainable candidate pipelines across assigned markets. Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to operational leaders and supported doctors, maintaining consistent communication and alignment around current and future staffing needs. Build strong relationships with prospective candidates while delivering a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up. Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and candidate feedback to identify barriers and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes.. Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and other recruiting platforms. Travel as needed to support candidate interviews, business meetings, dental school and industry events, and other recruiting initiatives.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer management. Proven ability to assess recruiting needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute plans to achieve hiring goals. Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting technology to manage candidate activity and the recruitment process. Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions, candidates, priorities, and business partnerships in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence across multiple levels of an organization. Demonstrated organization, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through while working effectively in a remote environment. Ability to travel, including day and overnight travel, based on business needs. Additional Information Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
