Job Description

Seasonal Membership Growth Specialist (Recruiter) Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains is seeking 9 Seasonal, Part-Time Membership Growth Specialists to help grow Girl Scout membership through community outreach, recruitment events, and direct engagement with families.
Pay:
$15-$16/hour
Hours:
Approximately 4-20 hours/week; hours may vary based on event availability

No mileage reimbursement Open Territories Keene, NH / Brattleboro, VT Laconia, NH Nashua, NH Manchester, NH Concord, NH Rutland, VT Barre / Montpelier, VT Lebanon, NH Littleton, NH What You'll Do Represent Girl Scouts at community, school, corporate, and local events. Engage with girls, parents, and families to promote the benefits of Girl Scouting. Generate leads and convert interested families into new memberships. Host fun and engaging Girl Scout activities during recruitment events. Support registration and troubleshoot online registration questions. Promote Girl Scout programs and community events. Track event attendance, leads, and membership results. Provide excellent customer service and serve as a positive ambassador for Girl Scouts. What We're Looking For Interest or experience in sales, recruiting, marketing, customer service, or community outreach . Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confident, outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Comfortable speaking with families and representing an organization at public events. Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Reliable transportation, internet, computer, and phone access. Must successfully pass a background investigation, including DMV check. Commitment to and support for the Girl Scout mission . Schedule & Seasonal Hours This position primarily involves evening events , with occasional weekend work based on organizational needs. Weekly hours can range from 4-20 hours , depending on available events. As the holidays approach, opportunities may decrease and some weeks may have little to no hours , with activity expected to increase again in January.
