Job Description
Status Health Partners, a physician owned group based in Iowa, is looking for a senior provider recruiter to join its team. This experienced healthcare talent acquisition specialist will help place physicians and advanced practice providers within hospitals primarily located within the Midwest. Job Duties Proactively source providers using CRM tools, referrals and other methods to recruit providers to StatUS partner hospitals. Appropriately screen all candidates and present open opportunities for placement. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure ongoing shift fulfillment at all StatUS contracts. Actively maintain records in ATS and other internal databases as required Maintain active engagement and ensure a positive experience with all key stakeholders Discuss basic contractual terms and financial packages with candidates Display strong business acumen, staying current on the recruiting industry and healthcare trends. Act as a mentor and process champion to department employees. Requirements Previous recruitment experience required. Prior experience within the healthcare sector preferred. Ability to prioritize job duties and work with a sense of urgency Strong communication skills and the ability to work comfortably with healthcare providers and hospital personnel Must be a strategic thinker that can problem solve independently Bachelor's Degree preferred Previous experience working with departmental budgets and profit margins preferred.
