This is a full-time, remote permanent position supporting a leading Oil and Gas company. Key Accountabilities What you'll do: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance. Develop recruitment strategies tailored to business needs and market conditions. Ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Identify and engage active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Skills & Requirements Experience hiring in the Oil and Gas Industry Utilize Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and social media sourcing techniques Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements. Provide guidance on hiring strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarks. Influence hiring decisions using market intelligence and recruitment data. Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews. Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit Why AMS? For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $78k to 103k plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
