What You'll Do:
Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, internal databases, and other creative channels. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening while building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future opportunities. Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate presentation, and offer negotiation. Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting metrics in the applicant tracking system, while supporting hiring events and occasional travel as needed.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED 10+year of experience in Linkedin Recruiter/Indeed 10+year of experience in output and data integrity within the ATS. 10+year of experience in Full life cycle recruiting 10+year of experience with Excel and Outlook 10+year of experience with sourcing and recruiting for technical and cleared engineering talent.
What Sets You Apart:
Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree Experience sourcing and recruiting technical and cleared engineering talent Exercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills. Ability to work in a self-directed manner, willing to take initiative and drive tasks to closure. General knowledge of various engineering disciplines and associated skills/certifications. Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment. Strong Communication and Negotiation skills Adaptable/willing to change Engineering recruiting experience Effective influent/negotiation skills Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defence industries highly preferred (RTX, Northrup, Boeing, Lockheed)
