Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying risks, challenging assumptions, and influencing hiring strategies through market insights, pipeline data, and candidate feedback.
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber technical talent, continuously evaluating effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
Screening & Assessment:
Assess candidates against defined success criteria, including technical experience, scope, complexity, ownership, impact, communication, and motivation, while driving consistent, evidence-based evaluation.
AI & Recruiting Innovation:
Apply AI to improve recruiting processes, productivity, research, sourcing, analysis, and decision-making, while identifying opportunities to improve how the team operates.
Data & Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate Greenhouse data and leverage recruiting metrics to identify risks, forecast outcomes, diagnose bottlenecks, and adjust strategy while ensuring compliance.

Understand relevant talent markets, competitor activity, compensation trends, talent availability, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environments, with ownership of complex, competitive engineering searches. Proven ability to advise engineering leaders, influence hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and provide data- and market-driven recommendations. Demonstrated success developing multi-channel sourcing strategies and recruiting passive talent across competitive technical domains such as software, embedded systems, cloud, or AI/ML. Strong technical curiosity and AI fluency, with the ability to quickly understand complex technical domains, engage credibly with candidates and engineering stakeholders, and thoughtfully leverage AI to improve recruiting processes, productivity, research, sourcing, analysis, and decision-making. Experience using recruiting metrics and funnel data to assess pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, forecast outcomes, and adjust strategy.
