As a Staffing Consultant, you will manage a full-cycle desk, developing new client accounts, consulting with hiring decision-makers, recruiting qualified candidates, and growing long-term business relationships. This is a high-activity, sales-first role for someone who enjoys prospecting, negotiating, closing, and building a book of business. Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and win new client accounts through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and follow-up activity. Consult with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring challenges, and workforce goals. Present tailored staffing and recruiting solutions, negotiate rates and placement terms, and close new business. Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to open client positions. Manage client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term account growth. Maintain high activity levels and track progress against sales, recruiting, and revenue goals.
