EverStaff is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. Whether you have recruiting experience or come from sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused role, we'll provide the training and mentorship you need to build a successful career. For more than 25 years, EverStaff has partnered with companies across the country to identify exceptional talent in manufacturing and professional services. As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in helping candidates find rewarding careers while supporting our clients with their hiring needs. What You'll Do Source and recruit candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and career goals. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system. Work closely with senior recruiters to develop recruiting strategies. Learn about multiple industries and career paths. Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients. What We're Looking For 0-3 years of recruiting, sales, customer service, HR, or business experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and through email. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
