Adecco Staffing is working with a local insurancepany in Chattanooga who is looking for a TA Administrative Support. This is a short-term temporary opportunity for 3-6 months.Key Responsibilities:
This role provides critical administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, with a primary focus on interview scheduling and coordination. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end interview logistics, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth, timely, and professional interview experience. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, coordinating panel interviews, managing interview changes or conflicts, and ensuring all interview details (calendars, links, confirmations, and materials) are accurate andmunicated clearly. This role plays an important part in supporting recruiter efficiency and maintaining a positive candidate experience, while operating within established TA processes and guidelines. The position does not include requisition ownership, candidate selection, or offer-related responsibilities.Qualifications:
