Duration:

6 months, with potential to convert to a permanent position. About the Role ICANN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide organizational and administrative support for the talent acquisition process and help ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams. This role will be primarily focused on interview scheduling and calendar coordination, with additional responsibilities supporting recruiting and HR processes. Over time, the person in this role may have the opportunity to support recruiting for lower-level positions. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars and multiple time zones. Communicate regularly with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders. Support the candidate experience from interview through onboarding. Manage job postings in the ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards. Support recruiting and sourcing through various channels. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in

ATS/HRIS

systems. Coordinate background and reference checks and serve as a liaison with third-party background-check vendors. Prepare and distribute offer, onboarding, and compliance documents. Submit and track service requests with IT, Facilities, Payroll, and other teams. Monitor onboarding, sourcing, and background-check workflows and recommend process improvements. Support HR and recruiting projects. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR, or a related area. Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple calendars and time zones using Outlook or similar tools. Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, or other platforms. Experience working with ATS candidate and requisition data. Some data analytics skills or background. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-service orientation and focus on candidate experience. Demonstrated responsible use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-enabled internal tools, including verifying outputs and following confidentiality, data privacy, and security requirements. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. English required; additional languages desired. Experience in a multinational organization is advantageous.
