Job Description

Opportunity:
Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) HHM Hotels is a leading hospitality management and investment firm with a portfolio of over 200 hotels across the United States. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our corporate team to cover for an associate during maternity leave. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to our recruiting team, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Your Focus Recruitment Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to a team of recruiters, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Onboarding Coordination:
Support the early stages of the onboarding process by ensuring all required documentation is completed and new hires are set up for a smooth transition into HHM Hotels.
Candidate Experience:
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, representing HHM's core values and delivering a professional, responsive, and hospitable experience throughout the hiring process.
Reporting and Documentation:
Assist in generating recruitment reports and maintaining accurate hiring records to support compliance and data integrity.
Team Collaboration:
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to support hiring initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
Your Background and Skills Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within Human Resources or a high-volume recruitment environment.
Communication:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in Microsoft Office. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a significant plus.
Organization:
Superior time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Work Environment and Context Location:
This is a hybrid position based in our Philadelphia corporate office.
Physical Requirements:
