POSITION SUMMARY
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team by performing backend hiring processes, sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling hiring manager interviews as well as providing support on other TA projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Partner with TA Manager and Coordinators on moving candidates through the hiring process, including posting positions, overseeing background checks and drug screening, drafting offer letters, and ensuring hiring data is submitted for a quality onboarding experience. Partner with Talent Sourcer and Recruiters to assist with sourcing and prescreening talent. Partner with Recruiters on interviewing, assessing, and submitting candidates to hiring managers for consideration of employment. Schedule hiring manager interviews with candidates and follow up on next steps. Provide support on other TA projects and other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience.) Pursing a degree in HR, Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar degree.
Pay:
$18/hr
