You'll:
Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding Develop creative sourcing strategies for active and passive talent Recruit for Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Procurement, Project Management, Real Estate, IT, Marketing, and other corporate functions Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and recruiting strategy Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding Maintain recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights Support employer branding initiatives, networking events, and college recruiting Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience What We're Looking For We're seeking a recruiter who understands business, builds strong partnerships, and knows how to identify exceptional corporate talent.
Preferred qualifications include:
6+ years of progressive full-cycle corporate recruiting experience Experience recruiting Finance and Accounting professionals, along with other corporate functions Proven success sourcing passive candidates Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Bonus Points If You Have Experience Recruiting Finance & Accounting Human Resources Legal Procurement Project Management Real Estate Information Technology Executive or Director-level corporate positions Benefits You'll Enjoy We believe our people are our greatest investment.
