Job Overview Pharmaron is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of our Business Development and Commercial organizations while providing recruitment support for key Scientific Operations functions across the United States. This role will partner directly with commercial and operational leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across Business Development, Account Management, Client Engagement, Strategic Partnerships, Project Management, and other customer-facing functions that drive business growth and client success. In addition, this role will support select Scientific Operations positions across preclinical, laboratory, and operational functions. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting commercial, scientific, and executive-level talent within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or CDMO industries and has a proven track record of successfully engaging passive candidates for highly specialized and leadership-level positions. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner closely with Scientific Operations and Business Development leaders to understand hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies. Recruit for positions supporting preclinical research, laboratory operations, scientific project management, client services, account management, and business development. Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting activities to identify and engage passive candidates. Lead searches for leadership-level positions, including Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and other critical hires. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, operational, and commercial functions. Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to support strategic hiring initiatives. Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring strategies. Facilitate candidate assessment, interview processes, and offer negotiations. Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Utilize recruiting metrics and data to improve hiring outcomes and drive continuous process improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter Proven experience recruiting scientific and technical talent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments Hands-on experience with sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or high-complexity hiring environments Experience improving recruitment processes and systems; graduate recruitment experience is a plus What Makes You Successful You think like a talent advisor, not just a recruiter.
