With the current recruiter departing and the company entering its busy season, this role will serve as the front door to the organization, partnering with store managers and department leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. Recruiter Required:

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Professional presence and ability to represent the company positively
